Chocolate Lava Cakes
3/4 cup butter, cubed
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted butter

• Coat the inside of a 12 count cupcake pan with melted butter. Sprinkle insides with cocoa powder and coat completely
​
• In microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips, cubed butter, and cream. Microwave for ~45 sec. at a time, mixing well in between until chocolate mixture is smooth
• When chocolate mixture has cooled, add in eggs, sugar and flour, whisk until fully incorporated

• Pour batter into cupcake pans and refrigerate for at least an hour

• Bake at 450° for ~12 min. (centers will still look slightly raw). Let cool for ~5 min. and then place a sheet pan on top and flip. Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a dusting of confectioner's sugar
